Tim Jeckering graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1979. In 1981, Tim opened up his office providing architectural design and construction services to residential clients. Since 1984, the firm has focused services on residential and small commercial architectural design for homeowners and businesses within the Greater Cincinnati area, as well as numerous selected projects in Oak Park (Chicago), Illinois.

An active member of the Northside community in Cincinnati, Tim served as president for 8 years of the 13 consecutive years as a Northside Community Council Board member. Tim currently serves as neighborhood chair of the Northside Community Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation.

An avid backpacker, gardener, swimmer and woodworker, Tim enjoys the outdoors year-round.

Erica Riddick has been with Tim Jeckering Architects since March 1999. She studied undergraduate architecture at Miami University. Erica has worked in the construction industry since 1993, including four years with a non-profit development corporation. Major development projects include a $2.3 million dollar rehab of an existing school building into a 36-unit condominium.

At TJA, Erica has been involved with every aspect of the projects she has had the honor to work on. She enjoys the detail, construction, and teamwork required to help clients realize their projects from concept thorugh completion.

Erica is a competitive ballroom dancer and loves to bowl.

Jason Schneider, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, is passionate about good design and great architecture! His innate curiosity and thirst for knowledge gave him the ability to play key roles in a diverse range of building projects including residential, retail, hospitality, education, and government. Jason is comfortable working directly with owners, users, and contractors on projects ranging from 750s.f. renovation projects to 750,000s.f. research and education centers.

The key to Jason’s success is his ability to listen to a person’s needs and desires and transform them into Architecture; places where people and families can live, work, and play for years to come.

Jason is active in his community and is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for The Cincinnati Northside Urban Redevelopment Corporation (CNCURC). CNCURC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to neighborhood stabilization through the rehabilitation of abandoned properties.

Jason holds Architectural registrations in Ohio and Kentucky.
